I have to worship the ground that Axa's ass walks on!!
Thank you Axa for sponsoring me my Series 7 and 63 licenses. The fact
that you are the worst company in the world to work for does not in any
way take away from the favor you have done me by sponsoring me my
licenses. Because of you, I have become a lot more marketable, and have
now been employed for three months by a real financial services firm,
not the rotten corrupt outfit that Axa is, what an audacity to call
yourself a B/D!!
To all candidates who have the misfortune of considering Axa - here is
the inside scoop!!
You will be sponsoring yourselves to take all your licenses - you will
receive no financial aid at all for it. If they say to you that they
will reimburse you if you pass your exams....don'/t believe them...they
are lying....they will throw further conditions on you getting the money
back, like getting the infamous 3000pcs.
I got my $3000 pcs after two months with the firm, and I was not even
given a computer to work with for the entire two months. Here is what
they will tell you as to why they will not give you a computer to work
from....WE ARE NOT IN THE COMPUTER BUSINESS......!!!!
Are they deranged"??""??" Which other company that is not in "the
computer business" says that to its employees?????? Come work for us, but
we have no idea how you will keep your files, make notes, keep
appointments etc!!?"?
They rip you off with expenses at every turn....Parking fees, computer
fees, desk fees, software fees, I was half expecting them to charge me
sneezing fees.
The morale in the office was so low, everyone walked around the office
like the walking dead, except with less enthusiasm than the eternally
departed.
The manger was such a scumbag, a sleaze ball, a kissass, as were his yes
men around him. The only people who will stick with Axa are those of
such poor quality that their poor self esteem tells them that Axa is all
they deserve!!
If they say that the company will take the staff out for lunch, what
they mean is they will take the staff out of the office, and the staff
will pay for their own lunch.
This is one sick company - read what everyone else says about them - my
advice is STAY AWAY - unless like me, you intend to use them from the
start to get your licenses!!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
