Working at AXA was the worst experience I have ever had in my entire
working life (and I worked for about 10 years). The company is not
supportive, they are selfish, greedy and will stop at nothing to make
employees miserable. A good example is their commissions charge back
policy where they have the guts to ask for prepaid commissions when
clients cease to make premium payments, but do not pay you for
commissions earned after you leave. Not forgetting the numerous
deductions from one's paycheck, in the form of software fees (paid $65)
per month and did not even have a computer to work on). The EVP of our
branch made an Awards ceremony mandatory and requested the employees to
pay $50 to attend! I can go on forever but I won't...Anyone considering
a career at this company should really really think hard about it.
