Workplace is very sexist, and "boys club" type. Brilliant people usually
leaves between 3-6 months after they started, once they see the reality
of the branch, and how they were duped. Managers "care" about their new
associates only because they make big commissions on their backs. After
two years, managers "don't care" because their cut becomes
insignificant. BAD training, poor advancement opportunities if you are a
woman, and not the most sophisticated workplace environment (lack of
professional language and behavior). Hours are up to you, you decide how
hard you want to work. Dress code is business.
