The Compensation package negotiated placed some performance enhancements
that were attractive. However, at the actual time of analysis of how
they related to performance and pay, they took an obscure view of
performance and assignment of responsibility. In other words, revenue
generation - compensation agreements were not honored.
the package was base of $90K plus variable % of revenues that met profit
performance criteria.
