The President, Bob Sesautels and the VP Paul DiDonato were both good.
Bob was a good door breaker and Paul a good coach. They both needed
more management knowledge on how to interpret information and also how
to run a business. Several senior hires misrepresented their
capabilities and knowledge and sabotaged the business practice to its
cost. That was 5 years ago. I don't know how they are doing now.
