Standard hiring process, forms, etc. Interviews with RF managers and RF
team leaders. Nothing too unique to know, nor are there 'traditional'
AT&T unique questions or tests.
I have heard of some people having trouble with non-standard benefits
like 4 weeks vacation to start out with, or reinstating a previous status
with AWS. Often, these people are promised things, don't have it in
writing, and with the high manager turn-over rate, they don't get what
they were promised.
I've never heard of a departing employee offered more money or benefits
to stay.
