ALLTEL has constantly grown since I my family has been employed there,
myself included. Just within the past two years all the goals that have
been set for us, whether within the call center or corporate wide, have
been exceded. We get regular updates via internet or mail from Scott
Ford, the CEO, to advise us on any new updates in the company's status,
to praise us for our efforts, or to clear up any uncertanties that we
might have on future endeavors of ALLTEL. We also have a group meeting
with our supervisor every morning Tuesday through Friday to advise us
of any new company policies, to go over our statistics for the previous
day, and to answer any questions that we might have on previous or
upcoming situations. Our supervisor also meets with us personaly three
other time during the day Monday through Friday to go over our goals
for the day, how we're doing so far, and again to answer any questions
or help with any problems that may have arose. Of course, they are also
on call throughout the day should we have an urgent issue that needs to
be handled by them.
