I went through a recruiter to get into Aldi. They gave you the
information about Aldi and what they were looking for, then invited
you to go out and visit your local Aldi and ask questions of the staff.
After the recruiter determined I was Aldi material, they set up a
meeting with Aldi. I interviewed with a Director of Operations,
responsible for hiring all management positions. I then took two
personality tests and a drug test. One week later I was notified I
passed all tests and was given a job offer. Complete process took
2 1/2 weeks.
