I submitted my online application at the AFLAC headquarters. I was
immediately called to interview for an open position the next day.
During the interview (with the Marketing Officer that I would eventually
report to) I was given assignments to complete in 48 hours. I was also
given a tour of the facility and an overview of the job description. I
was asked questions such as "what do you feel is your greatest weakness
and how do you overcome this weakness" as well as "what is your greatest
strength and how do you think this strength will help you in your
career?"
I was called the following week with an official offer.
