Overall outlook for my business is excellent. Middle class America
needs an affordable financial resource to work for them when they're too
ill to work for themselves. If the Hurricanes will stop their damage
and interference with our lives, and AFLAC will open the eligibility
criteria of their products, AFLAC's affordable financial resources will
more widely utilized. However, I do believe that there should be more
administrative support for new Agents, and more availability of
brochures and marketing materials. New Agents are not permitted to
communicate with the Regional offices, as all communication has to be
done through District Sales Coordinators. Unfortunately, many DSC's are
too busy to provide much support and/or training, and many new agents
need more access to management and training.
