Currently, I am still on hourly wage, as I have been since I hired. ADVO is not
big on raises, but we do have a benefits package that is hard to beat. Our 401K
plan-the company will match dollar per dollar up to 6% of your income. At the
last open enrollment, we had about 6 medical insurance options. We are offered
long term care insurance, flex spending, college saving plan, eye care discount
plan, dental insurance, and optional life insurance. Every 3 months those in
the
production phase of the operation are paid a goal sharing bonus, based on our
ability to reach the goals set for that quarter.
