I am very happy to be working at the company that I am currently with.
I am doing exactly what I want to be doing and work with very nice
people. You spend more time with co-workers then family on work days,
so I really appreciate the fact that we all get along. I feel that
that is what also allows us to be as productive as we are.
In regards to hours, I work long work days, but I have never been asked
to do so by management or my boss. In fact, my boss and management
have both told me to go home on several occasions if they noticed that
I was staying too late. That is very nice because I have been at other
companies where longer work days were expected.
In regards to the dress code, we used to be more formal, but a couple
of years ago the dress code was changed to business casual. That helps
save on some dry cleaning bills, but I do like dressing up when clients
come into the office.
I like that the branch manager does not micro-manage my department or
others. As long as we are productive, we are doing fine.
