I have recruited at Business Schools for over 7 years. The process is in
two rounds
1) First round at school with two interviews - one Case and the other
background
2) Final round in the Office consists of 3 interviews - 2 CASE AND one
background
The problem is really to do with business. The firm has not honored
business school offers from the year 2001. This has caused tremendous
amounts of disruption for those offered jobs -that were then not honored
by the firm. For fear of being sued the firm has not rescinded offers
made leaving candidates in a state of limbo. Now both offers from the
year 2001 and 2002 have been put into a single pool and are being
honored based on departures from the firm
