I think the outlook is bad for ATK. EDS is slowly strangling the
formerly relaxed company culture. EDS forced ATK to move it's
headquarters to Plano, TX so it would be further under Dick Brown's
thumb. EDS is wrongly looking at ATK as just another arm of its business
instead of as the top tier management consulting firm that it is. This
limits the capabilities of ATK to provide the same caliber of service to
its clients that it used to. Basically, EDS is trying to use ATK as
leverage to secure business for it's other IT related services. This
reduces ATK's credibility greatly and makes for a less than appealing
work environment.
