Manager trainees start at 7.42/hour and are put through an informative training
program. Upon completion of this program, pay is increased to 9.42/hour and
increases by a whopping 10 cents an hour with each year of loyalty. Bonuses
include 250 each month for a quota hit, 350 for exceeding that quota by 10%, and
500 for exceeding the quota by 20%. A salesman of the month bonus is 100 each
month, and the OEQ secret corporate call earns a bonus of 65. Promotion oto
co-manager merits a 30,000 salary and increased bonuses. Managers make 40,000+
with opportunities for 50,000 in yearly bonuses. Upper management pay scales
increase accordingly.
