I did a 3 round assessment centre, however I know that the process has
changed. Today, it is a mainly interview based (5-8)process and very
much focussed on personality and personal impression (whether the person
seems to "fit") and specific technical knowledge, no case studies or
trick questions. Very few people are hired these days, maybe 5 per year
in Europe.
