C level management are caring dedicated individuals, however few are
qualified to manage a company this large. Nepotisum runs rampant and
overides sound judgement. They managment team appears to show concern
for the employees on the surface but the middle managers are ruthless,
foul people (unacceptable language, racial slurs, ethnic "jokes", etc.
are comman). The culture is business casual pushed to the lowest,
unprofessional level (one senior manager comes to work unshaven on a
regular basis). The hours are posted as 9am - 6pm, however it is
expected that employees actually start before 9am and work until at
least 6:30pm without compensation. Employees must work all critial
holidays (including Sat. & Sun.) under threat of termination without
additional compensation. Working conditions are cramped and
open "bullpen style", phone conversations are monitored by management,
and employees making personal phone calls are chastized in public
regularly. Because of the nepotisum there is no opportunity for
advancement unless you consider that some departments have 300% turn-
over and if you can endure the discusting culture, you might get a
supervisory position. Turnover is very high, mostly unforced (i.e., good
people leaving because they get fed up with the conditions).
