Real projects, countless learning opportunities, great team members, great mentorship program, paid time off.

It's hard to find something that I don't like about it.

Advice to Potential Interns

While knowledge in your area of expertise is important, it is far more important to demonstrate problem solving skills and the ability to work in a team environment.

Uppers

The friendly teammates and the relaxed working environment.

Downers

Offices are a little small and wished I could have a nicer view or some natural lighting.

Advice to Potential Interns

Overall, it is a great place to gain experience and learn how to interact within a software engineering team. Don't be shy to ask questions and just take it all in while you are learning new systems and technologies. They are here to help you succeed.

Advice to Management

Honestly I thought everything was great. My only recommendation would be to have some nicer work stations, desks, environment, etc. It is a cool tech company and it needs to compete with other companies like Cerner who are really making their offices modern and up to date. Just a recommendation.
