Challenging, fast-paced, and dynamic

Uppers

Working alongside incredibly bright people, networking opportunities, traveling perks, and events. Having honest feedback and mentors who are looking to help you develop your skillset.

Downers

Long hours and variable workload. Stress of potentially not receiving a fulltime offer.

Advice to Potential Interns

Understand the job for what it is and what it isn't - grasping the reality of the situation will make it much easier to be successful and happy.

Advice to Management

Excellent overall, no real suggestions from my end.

Fun, stimulating, learning-filled experience made even better by the people

Uppers

Great people; strong emphasis on training, development and feedback; fun atmosphere and very pleasant culture; great planned events.

Downers

Ambiguity about work assignments (at time)

Advice to Potential Interns

This is a great organization with a great summer program. If you decide to intern here (which I recommend), I would come prepared to take charge and ask questions. Asssignments can be ambiguous at times, so it may be up to you to clarify your objectives and complete the task with some (but not overwhelming) guidance.

The people are all extremely friendly and willing to help. From the beginning, there is a lot of responsibility and challenging work, but in healthy, doable amounts.

Downers

There could be more trainings over the course of the internship.

Advice to Potential Interns

The work is very varied, interesting, and challenging in a way that helps an intern to grow and learn very quickly.

I have never learnt so much in such short a time frame. The skills I developed will transfer well beyond the job.

Uppers

Picked up a lot of skills that are impossible to pick up outside the classroom but add an insane amount of value to thw way one functions.

Downers

A lot of people skills required to be very succesful. That was unexpected.

Advice to Potential Interns

You owe it to yourself to try and work here. You learn more than banking internships and people here genuinely want to help you.
