Accenture offers paid summer internships in various locations across the United States. The majority of our intern roles are within the company's consulting business, supporting Management Consulting, Strategy Consulting, and Technology/IT Consulting.

Accenture interns get firsthand exposure to the roles and responsibilities of an entry-level analyst or consultant, working on client engagements. This hands-on experience provides deep insight into what it is actually like to work in consulting at Accenture, as well as prepares students with relevant work experience to apply to future careers.

A select number of undergraduate and MBA/Advanced Degree interns are staffed to Accenture Development Partnership (ADP) projects for the summer. ADP provides consulting expertise to Non-Government Organizations (NGOs). Depending on the client assignment, ADP interns may be staffed to a project team outside of the U.S. potentially in a developing country, or across the U.S. No matter the location, interns have an opportunity to make a real difference for developing economies.

Throughout the summer, interns are involved in learning, networking and social events. In addition, undergraduate students who intern at Accenture the summer before their senior year attend a three-day leadership conference at a training facility near Chicago. MBA and other Advanced Degree interns attend portions of Accenture Management Consulting University and Strategy College along with Accenture people from around the world.
