The best aspect of my internship is that everyone is willing to answer my questions. They are all very friendly and considerate.

- The people - The opportunity to work on various different clients

Downers

It wasn't very organized. At the start the internship, most of the interns were unsure of what we were supposed to do, who we were supposed to talk to, and where we were supposed to go.

Advice to Potential Interns

Make sure that you're able to connect with the professionals during recruitment

Advice to Management

At the beginning of training, make sure that everyone knows about all of the different resources that are available to them.

Simply amazing.

Uppers

I believe some of the best aspects of the internship were the strong focus on team building and creating strong relationships. I also really enjoyed the people I worked with. Everyone is always more than willing to help out and provide insight that will help you down the road.

Downers

If I had to change one thing about the internship I would try to move the line of service breakfasts closer together in the beginning of the internship to give all of the interns more exposure to all areas of the firm and give them a chance to meet and find out a little something about their intern class before getting really caught up in their client work.

Advice to Potential Interns

Always keep a positive attitude and show that you are willing to learn.
