The people, the culture, the professional and personal growth and the smooth transition into a working world

Downers

Compensation, turnover

Comments

Do your homework! Show your interest by attending informational sessions and career fairs. The personal touch is key. Triage is a healthcare finance firm; it is not imperative you have a heathcare educational background, but it is imperative you are interested in learning more about such an exciting industry.

Culture, balanced life style, and direct benefit to clients - Cash.

Downers

Niche market (payment review), limited to hospitals

Comments

Triage is a great place to gain real leadership experience with promotion at 21 months. The training program is top notch with the only focus being to prepare our consultants for the Senior Associate position. This inludes detailed training on the day-to-day work as well as external trainings on leadership, managing client relationships, evaluating talent, communications, and many other skills.

The people here are kind. I really enjoy working with and learning from them.

Downers

The work can be monotonous.

Comments

Triage really does set you up well for grad school (specifically MBA) and other larger consulting companies. It's a great way to spend your first three years out of undergrad.

The culture, the people and the work-life balance

Downers

Minimum travel and no ability to work from home or another office

Comments

What you see if what you get. When you come in for an interview everyone you meet is genuine and how you see people behaving in the office is how it is every day. People here are young and they know how to balance work and the rest of their lives. While there is a learning curve to what we do there is so much help along the way.

Great first job out of school - great culture and opportunities for advancement and work-life balance

Downers

Travel commitments increase with tenure, thus making it diffucult to start a family as a more tenured employee

Comments

Have been very happy with Triage as an employer - plan to stay as long as they will have me
