The culture and the work/life balance

Comments

Triage is a great place to work. Employees gain transferrable technical skills and valuable, first-hand knowledge of the health care revenue cycle. Unlike most health care consulting firms, Triage provides project management experience early in career development. That said, what sets Triage apart from other firms is its culture - Triagers enjoy coming to work each day and take advantage of many social/non-project related activities every week.

Downers

The work is extremely project dependent and if you are staffed on a bad project it can be a long 4 months.

The work is interesting and there is always opportunity to learn, whether in the industry or career skills. Triage cares about helping you improve yourself to further your career, whether at Triage or another workplace/school. Everybody is friendly and encouoraging. The executive level is totally transparent, and unlike other company's truly cares about and seeks employee opinions. Finally, there is GREAT work/life balance, unlike any other company I have worked at or interviewed for.

Downers

Nothing, thus far!

Comments

Interest in healthcare?or specific skills to develop at the company. Interests outside of work? Previous work experience? How they work with a team? What type of learner are they (visual, notes, hearing, etc.)

Downers

menial work at a young age

Comments

Work can be menial the first two years at Triage, but once you are promoted to Senior you have so many more project management responsibilities and opportunities for experienced client interaction, and the job becomes much more challenging/interesting.

Young culture, fun co workers, good pay, great location, stable, room for growth, 4 weeks PTO

Downers

day to day job not very exciting, pretty monotanous job, being stuck inside in front of a computer all day, having to deal with people who don't agree with your point of view on the phone, being on the phone 75% of the day.

Comments

If you want to work for a fun up and coming in San Francisco, Triage might be right for you. If you don't have a set career path and are looking for a good start to your career, Triage might be for you. Triage is a great company that really values their employees.
