Fantastic people, complex industry, fun travel

Downers

Tedious work at times

Be ready to travel, and be prepared to have some tedious assignments in the first year and a half. After the senior promotion, task variety increases exponentially, as do several career development opportunities.

Triage is a great place to gain real leadership experience with promotion at 21 months. The training program is top notch with the only focus being to prepare our consultants for the Senior Associate position. This inludes detailed training on the day-to-day work as well as external trainings on leadership, managing client relationships, evaluating talent, communications, and many other skills.

Triage really does set you up well for grad school (specifically MBA) and other larger consulting companies. It's a great way to spend your first three years out of undergrad.
