The learning curve is steep and in the first year you might meet some repetitive tasks that don't seem the most engaging, but you're building the foundation for extremely important general business skills and Triage-specific skills that will help you succeed. Triage offers so much potential for a rewarding career path, and the job gets more and more interesting as you progress. Triage is as valuable as the effort you put in, so find the pieces you are passionate about, get involved and get engaged in the culture, learning opportunities and ways to give back to your clients and community.

Enjoyable learning experience.
