Culture. This culture begins with the Principals who are themselves a tight nit group, who respect each other and enjoy spending time with each other both inside and out of work. This strong sense of family between them is passed down throughout the company. It is not uncommon for all levels of the company to develop strong bonds. This is evident in the large number of people who choose fellow Triage employees as their roommates, as well as the many who choose their coworkers to be part of their wedding parties. Another great thing about Triage is the willingness of management to adjust and change as the company grows. They are constantly soliciting feedback from all levels of staff through both formal and informal channels and consistently make company wide changes based on this feed back.
Do to the company’s consistent pattern of soliciting feedback from its employees and making changes based on that feedback, there are no major things I would change to make the company better
