Think hard about the kind of organization you want to be associated with and the kind of people you want to work with day in and day out. Chartis is extremely selective in their hiring but it makes complete sense when you become a part of the organization. Fit with the culture and suitability for the role is something they take very seriously and it simply works as a recruitment practice. You can train a skill or a specific knowledge set, but you cannot train attitude or integrity.
