I love The Brattle Group, it is like a home. My colleagues care about me and vice versa. The work is amazing, my colleagues are amazing. I coudn't ask for a better job or a better group of people to work with. I also work in Harvard Square (Cambridge, MA) - which is perfect for me and my life.

Downers

I don't think there are bad aspects of working at our firm. The survey is likely to capture aspects related to issues related to the profession instead of the firm, which I think is a problem.

This is a firm that is still run by its owners. They want to make it a place where they are happy to show up every morning and work with people that are pleased to be there too.

In the energy consulting segment of the economic consulting business, you will find the work challenging. This puts a premium on collegiality, development opportunities, and the integrity of your peers. You simply won't find a better combination of these attributes than at Brattle.
