I love The Brattle Group, it is like a home. My colleagues care about me and vice versa. The work is amazing, my colleagues are amazing. I coudn't ask for a better job or a better group of people to work with. I also work in Harvard Square (Cambridge, MA) - which is perfect for me and my life.

Downers

I don't think there are bad aspects of working at our firm. The survey is likely to capture aspects related to issues related to the profession instead of the firm, which I think is a problem.

Brattle pays much more attention than competitors to developing associates into revenue-generating principals. It has a significantly more enjoyable and collegial environment , top-notch people, challenging work, a variety of interesting projects and excellent career development opportunities.

Working with smart, happy people in a firm with a great culture.

Downers

The demands of being an expert witness often put your time out of your control.

Comments

The firm is lead by highly-trained very-smart Principals, who teach junior staff how to do the highest-quality research and how to become a successful consultant. The firm puts its "no sharks" culture above all other priorities to create a casual and positive work environment.

Uppers

high quality of work and colleagues

Downers

tough work, hard deadlines

Comments

In the energy consulting segment of the economic consulting business, you will find the work challenging. This puts a premium on collegiality, development opportunities, and the integrity of your peers. You simply won't find a better combination of these attributes than at Brattle.
