At the end of the day, you will be working ~60 hours a week with the people you're meeting during recruiting. In a worst case scenario where you're in a windowless small room with these people working all day, would you be be happy? At the end of the day don't pick a company based solely on prestige or compensation, to make consulting fun and worth it, you need to love the people you work with. That's why I'm happy every day that I chose BCG.
