The people are more fantastic than I could have imagined. It's high-level consulting with people you really want to be around. Makes travel easier.

Fantastic people and fascinating work

Travel is my only complaint, but you get that anywhere, and OW does a really good job of avoiding travel when it's possible.

Amazing culture, endless opportunities, and fast promotion. Formal learning curriculum includes the unique OW Academy which is a two, non-consecutive week, global "mini-MBA" program that brings together experienced Engagements Managers from around the world to study at both INSEAD and Wharton

Downers

Low brand awareness

Comments

People are down to earth and incredibly interesting. We don't take ourselves too seriously. If you are committed to learning and working hard you can be promoted very quickly (i.e. Associate in a little less than 3 years). And to be fair, climbing the ladder isn't what's important for everyone. If you want to take 6 months off to work at a non-profit you can! And still get paid by OW!

Prestigious, top-end consulting with highly talented and intellectual colleagues
