Choose your job based on who you want to work with. Being with awesome people can make a lousy role great. The best role ever will be miserable if the people around you are awful.

I love that I'm able to become an expert in my area, that truly I can publish on the work I do

Downers

The firm does not invest enough early on in allowing me to experience several different industries

Comments

OW brings the same quality of people and projects as you might expect from MBB while having a much more down to earth, less pretentious feel than MBB. We do really well in the areas where we compete, but be very careful to learn about what industry you're interested in before choosing your first project
