The salary, the people I work with, the work is fun and interesting in my field. There is flexibility to move to different offices, either temporarily or permanently.

Some things are very regimented when they come from Corporate. The way they calculate bonuses is not fair to those who try to live a balanced life.

Be prepared to work hard but your work will be rewarded. You can learn tons regardless of the level you enter the Company at. The Company is trying to change its culture and that is fun to watch.
