Downers

compensation and benefits.

Comments

Navigant provide promise at hiring that they will at least provide 10-15% pay raise every year. But once you get hired, you would hardly get 5% pay raise even you perform exceptionally well. All administrative people hiding original financial situation to their employees and keep showing that company is doing worst. Too much work pressure and no social life. Employee need to work almost each and every weekend and long weekdays hours. On one hand Navigant keep hiring people in office and on other hand they want to control companies spending. Too many questions if you do 1 hours of overtime.

Navigant is a fairly large Firm, but maintains the flexibility and nimbleness of a small Firm. This provides ample opportunities for employees.

Depending on what aspect of consulting an individual is suited for the firm could be an excellent choice - not so for some others

Pay, benefits, great diversity program, very good corp citizenship program, cool boss

Downers

I think they should do more to reward people that have been here for a long time. And i don't like the coffee they have.

Comments

I think anyone working here would benefit from the experience of the projects we work on. They would also grow as people with our various diversity and corporate citizenship programs.

Downers

The organizational structure that drives how work is divided among team members

Comments

This is a wonderful place to gain exposure and grow. Be prepared to create your own brand within this organization and be agressive and go after what you are interested in.
