Career development and exit opportunities are very strong. High level exposure to upper management at the firm from entry level positions upward. Partners routinely walk up to my desk to ask me questions or get my thoughts on an idea or analysis. Conversely, I've never felt more comfortably about the open door policy with the Partners. I'm extremely comfortable walking into their offices with questions. Focus exclusively on difficult strategic questions that biopharmaceutical and medical technology firms face, which is my personal are of interest. Frequent interaction with clients as an entry level analyst, take on a large responsibility for client interaction as a senior analyst. Develop a skill set that is highly valuable for other jobs in industry and healthcare investment management. Alumni have high success rates in going to prestigious medical and business schools as well.

Downers

Smaller firm, so don't have all the extra perks that larger firms have. Personally not something I am that concerned with.
