This is an ideal place for someone who is willing to work hard and prove themselves quickly. They are less concerned with whether you have an MBA from a top school - much more about how you perform on the job.

freedom, prestigous brand, only true behavioural economics consulting firm, nobel prize winning senior scientists, very, very strong mission and purpose. Amazing training and onboarding, best I have ever experienced.


Downers

very strict upward mobility criteria, low pay, sometimes stuck in old ways.


Comments

If you really want to change the world and make it a better place then this is the firm to do that with. The education, training and learning is second to none and you will have the freedom to thrive.

Gallup is for self-starters and people who want to work from a passion, not just clocking in for a paycheck. If you don't care about what you're doing, you're not going to last long here.

Incredibly interesting, significant and high impact work with clients. All of our work is grounded in research and scientifically sound, lending credibility to our work.

Compensation is lower than other consulting firms

Gallup is highly selective and will only hire those that are a specific fit to role based on talent. Each role has a different talent profile based on the job demands, so don't get discouraged if you aren't a fit for one specific role. If you aren't a fit to the job, it means the job isn't the best fit for your talent profile and you wouldn't have the opportunity to do what you do best every day.
