I enjoy the people and work overall. Sometimes I play multiple roles on some of the smaller projects, but only receive credit for playing one...

The people, the work and the ability to connect to clients. Being responsible for your self and your work.

Downers

No clear and consistant roles. No way to effect change company wide. Long hours. No sence of someone looking out for you. Pay and promotion system needs work.

the other consultants in my office are amazing.

Downers

it's very 1998 in terms of technology and corporate policies

Comments

There is really no room to move up from your position. You can become more senior in title and work on bigger projects, but it's not like other consulting firms where you start junior and then can work your way up into running projects. It feels career limiting.

The people that work for Gallup are brilliant. They are truly amazing and it is hard to imagine a place that includes individuals as qualified and as professional as the ones we have here.

Downers

The pay structure and the opportunity to be promoted. Plain and simple there is not a pathway or structure for improving and developing one self.
