Really smart people who do good work that is both interesting and relevant in the world today.

Downers

Big firm leads to very different experience culturally; you need to actively network to find the people you want to work with and avoid the bad apples.

Comments

If you want a challenging job in which you collect meaningful experiences, join Deloitte. I joined after working from PwC for 2 years and am so happy I made the switch. The clients I'm working with are bright, motivated, and successful and we're helping them on very interesting projects. I can take this experience anywhere and know that I will be prepared.

A strong consulting brand that comes with some work/life balance costs.
