Cornerstone will provide an excellent environement to gain practical skills in economics and finance; learn programming skills in SAS, Excel, VBA, and STATA; and continue to challenge you years into the job. You'll create lasting friendships and learn from the difficult times on the job.

Uppers

The people you work with.

Downers

The hours and sometimes the nature of the work.

Comments

Culture and workload differ across offices. My best recommendation is to find an alum from your school that works at Cornerstone, and invite them to a quick 30min coffee meeting and ask them to tell you about their experiences. Communication is mostly from the nonverbal cues, so don't settle for a call. Don't just listen to the recruiting spiel, or you won't set realistic expectations.
