Economic consulting is a bit of a niche industry, but the skills that you'd learn at Cornerstone go far beyond that industry. Cornerstone exposes analysts to a wide variety of industries and topics, which is both interesting and informative. Additionally, the excel, SAS, and other coding skills are very useful in other positions. Further, the expert and client interaction helps you gain experience working with clients in different fields, and the management skills gained from managing small teams of less experienced analysts to whole case teams is also extremely valuable.
