Want to Review a Different Company?
of 5 stars
| VERIFIED EMPLOYEE
Top Tier Experience, Work / Life Balance
Limited resources of a small firm can be difficult to new employees with limited consulting experience
I found this review helpful (0)
If you want to have an impact and truly develop as a strategist, this is the firm you've been looking for.
of 5 stars
Culture, Work-Life Balance, Interesting Work
Management stretched too thin
If candidates value work-life balance, a relaxed culture and living in the Washington DC area, but still like being challenged, this is the ideal consulting firm.
of 5 stars
Culture, quality of life, great mix of interesting work (especially for those interested in the public/private sector interface) and low travel
More narrow focus than many of the big-name consutling firms
While name recognition and project variety is clearly not as great as at the big-name consulting firms, this is the perfect place for those with an interest in making a difference for the greater society, and for doing interesting consulting work with a reasonable work/life balance. It's also a small consulting firm with great growth prospects, which is a refreshing change from a typical large corporate setting.
of 5 stars
Culture, responsibility, firm's outlook
Lack of private sector clients
If you are dead-set on working for private sector clients in many different industries, this is not the firm for you.
Firm culture, work/life balance, challenging work, great people
The only thing I can think of is that we aren't widely known
Incredible people, top notch work, an exciting environment
High utilization of resources, still figuring out policies and processes as a young company
Censeo is truly a very special place to work, full of amazing people that really enjoy their work.
Firm culture and work-life balance
Lack of formal training
The culture and the commitment to caring about individuals
The range of projects may be more limited than larger firms
If you are joining a consulting firm with an exit strategy already in mind, the Censeo is probably not the best fit for you. However, if you are looking to build meaningful relationship, improve yourself, and work on projects where you feel like you are positively impacting society, then I can't think of a better plan than Censeo.
