Bureaucracy can sometimes get in the way of delivering the impact we'd like to achieve in client engagements, so you have to be patient.

Censeo cares about every one of their employees and invests heavily in them from day one on the job. Unlike many other consulting firms, Censeo has a phenomenally low turnover rate, thanks in large part to a sustainable culture that challenges employees to work hard but still gives them the flexibility and support that they need. After two years with the firm, I'd highly recommend it as a place to launch your career or take it to the next level!
