Booz is a clear 4th place firm. If you get a McK or BCG offer, take it. If Bain, you probably aren't a good for for Booz's culture anyway, so take it. Anyone else, take Booz.

Deep expertise and a level of humilty in our culture - when working with our clients we do often feel that we're truly in it together.

Downers

Work life balance, lack of international opportunities, and an alignment-based performance evaluation structure that doesn't always reward work across practices or functions.

People gain a significant amount of experience in a short period of time; oftentimes becoming thought leaders in the practice space they enjoy working in.

Downers

Limitations of scale - lots of opportunities with little resources to pursue - makes working taxing since there is never a break.

Growing firm, gaining momentum, still trying to build and define its own culture
