Culture, atmosphere, colleagues, having individual offices, employee interest groups, community service.

Downers

Long hours

It's a great place to work! Nice culture, collaborative environment, lots of training and personal development opportunities, career progression, employee interest groups and social events, etc. The downside is the longer hours when faced with a deadline, but average (for consultant level) is around 45-50 hours/week.
