The people are fun and not pretentious and I want to be friends with them; you get a ton of client exposure; small project teams and lots of responsibility

Downers

Nobody has ever heard of it; Minimal back office makes staffing convoluted

Comments

Great place to start your career - tons of responsibility and exposure to high-level executives at clients. The work and clients are not always prestigious but that doesn't matter for someone just starting out. The learning opportunities are incredible and I'm challenged every day. Project teams are small so I never feel like a cog in the wheel. However, this is not the place for someone who isn't able to take charge of their own career. Formal support is minimal and you have a ton of responsibility to chart your own path. It's both good and bad, but overall I would say good.
