Culture and flexibility

Downers

Lack of Diversity and minimal salary increases for internal operations

Comments

For direct campus hires, it is a great opportunity to be part of small projects and learn by example. As an experienced hire, you are able to have flexibility. Bigger firms do provide a more structured on-boarding; however, our firm allows more hands on experience. In any consulting firm, client serving professionals definitely have the advantage. All of the firms need to treat and value internal operations.
