Compared with 15 years consluting experience (12 years at Ernst & Young LLP - now EY) and three years at another consulting organiztaion, A&M is a fun place to work. Technology works well - IT does not have a stranglehold on the organization.

Energetic and entrepreneurial individuals do well at our firm. If you prefer a structured environment you may be better at a Big 4 firm. But opportunity for career growth and financial reward is much greater here.
