A&M provides a very strong consulting environment with high quality and smart individuals in each practice, yet provides a relaxed and fun culture. The people at A&M know how to get the work done and still have time to enjoy what they are doing and their life outside of the office.

Need to be a very open communicator during recruiting and starting at A&M to understand your goals and opportunities and align them with the needs an opportunities of the firm. Everyone is open and willing to help - if it is a fit it is a fit, so be honest about your own goals and criteria.
