Entry-level in Restructuring
New York, NY | 2013 | VERIFIED EMPLOYEE

Amazing culture, amazing work/life balance in my group, amazing exit ops, amazing pay and fantastic learning opportunity.

Downers

Certain groups can be less friendly to work-life balance, not a place for someone who wants to get promoted from entry level.

Comments

In my honest opinion, for your first couple jobs the most important thing is the training program and the quality of the experience. This firm will give you a level of responsibility typically expected of people senior to you at other firms and will give you an amazing breadth of experience. Between this and the reputation, you will be both highly skilled and highly marketable for anything you want to do. Finally, meeting equally driven and successful people and new friends (i.e. your fellow analyst/associate class) will enrich your experience and the rest of your life in a way that cannot be simply measured with a number. I truly believe i could not have made a better decision than coming here.
