Entry-level in Equity Capital Markets
Washington, DC | 2013 | VERIFIED EMPLOYEE

Uppers

Job security, ability to move be promoted from within, strong culture without typical NY ****, great positioning to prosper going forward.

Downers

Fighting against client biases to go with the bulge bracket.

Comments

Baird's outlook is much stronger than most of the bulge bracket firms. Don't be drawn just by the name on a business card.

Baird has much more of a Midwestern culture in comparison to the buldge bracket banks. it also offers a similar experience to the buldge bracket banks.
