Great place to work in investment banking. You will work long hours almnost anywhere in the industry, but Baird makes a sincere effort to accomodate work-life balance, has a strong business outlook, and compensates you in-line with other investment banks.

All Investment Banking jobs will require a significant amount of hours - I always tell prospective candidates to make sure that you pick a place where you enjoy the people you work with. I can unequivocally say that I enjoy working with my colleagues at Baird.
