PJSC offers the unparalleled opportunity to work at a firm with a tight-knit culture, exceptional work/life balance and high compensation standards. Though PJSC is a boutique firm, it is an authority in the retail space and offers consistently strong deal flow on high-profile deals. Junior bankers are given significant responsibility to directly interface with both clients and senior bankers and to assume a primary role on the firm's uncharacteristically lean deal teams.



If a candidate has the desire to learn M&A-focused investment banking skills at a firm with a spectacular culture and an untainted reputation on Wall Street, then PJSC is the place for him or her.

Junior bankers are not just a "number." Senior people care about the development of junior bankers and their success at PJSC and after they leave (IF they leave as PJSC offers a true long-term career path).
