Inventory observations, scheduling can be a hassle.

Workload and quality of life are significantly better at Moss Adams than at Big 4. Yet we are still growing rapidly and have an exciting future with tons of opportunity. Compensation is strong, and the Los Angeles office has a great culture.

You control your career. Your opportunity and advancement is what you make it. You won't get cornered into doing things you don't want to do.

Downers

Nothing that wouldn't be worse somewhere else.

Comments

I have had lots of smart and driven friends go Big Four. I think most of them regret it. It sounds good and prestigious but they are going to over work you and you will most likely be out in 2-4 years. I love Moss Adams. It's big enough to provide world class service, employee training and compensation but small enough to care about its employees and their families. If you do want to leave to private industry, Moss Adams on your resume is very valuable. Everyone that has left my office since I started has amazing opportunities to leave to and the people that have stayed have also increased their opportunities and value by being here.
