Advice to Candidates

Moss Adams encourages you to take vacation time during the summer and late fall/early winter as they don't want their employees getting burnt out. It's a very family/everyone looks out for each other atmosphere. Moss Adams expects you will put in the work to produce quality work in order to meet deadlines but tries hard to avoid burning people out.

Advice to Candidates

Public accounting always requires a lot of hours and it boils down to who you work with. Flexibility is minimal.

Advice to Candidates

In the few short months I've been working here, Moss Adams has shown that they really care about their new employees: the firm wants to train the new hires so that the new hires can be a better asset to the company, even if it means investing quite a bit of time into training. Tax season is right around the corner so I can expect a heavy workload with a lot of hours, but the paid time off for the rest of the year is generous, and it sounds like efforts will be made during tax season to alleviate the "pain" with dinners, etc.
