workloard - busy during busy season, but not busy after busy season. You can maintain work/life balance if you communicate well with the team. Compensation is depends. Bonus is based on work hours. which is not fair sometimes. Thworke firm is growing, but it is difficult to attract more people. More work less resorce.

very fast paced. You have to be careful about burn out.

Moss Adams as a whole is a great place to work. The San Diego office is not reflective of overall firm culture or San Diego culture however.

The people: Moss Adams employees are the best coworkers I could ask for - smart, professional, caring and fun.

Downers

Managing managers: As a new employee, you must develop the talent of tactfully pushing-back on over-delegation to prevent burn-out.
