Gives me an audit experience
Strict hierarchy, weak leadership base
While compensation is adequate for en entry level position, the upper movement is slow and not based on individual achievments. Mid-level positions are underpaid, considerening amount of hours worked. The company's name/reputation wouldn't make up for a low salary.

Most managers and partners are courteous and understanding of project constraints.
